the gods. the gods are maintained by se (celebration of) sacrifices
prescribed by freee vedas and the religious ordinances; while men maintain
themselves by following) the ordinances of vrihaspati and usanas and

wages, (receiving) taxes, merchandise, agriculture and tending kine and
